Lady Gaga is again creating sensation by posing on i-D Magazine Spring 2011 Cover with gothic makeup and same facial horns as she rocks on the cover of her new single, “Born This Way.”

Gaga is donning nothing but a black leather coat by Mugler on i-D Magazine Spring 2011 Cover while holding herself. Styled by Nicola Formichetti, Gaga is exposing her cleavage & tummy, deformed face with a weird wink and gothic look.
Making the cover all the more dramatic is her pointed black nails, lip shade and fringed hairdo.
The i-D Magazine spring issue has four separate covers featuring Lady Gaga, Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, Tati Cotliar, Shu Pei and Meghan Collison.
