Daily Outfits Ideas In November:Which you like best?

This week's leading ladies all took style risks - and they paid off! Come check out their inventive outfits and tell me which one you like best?

Refine Your Leather Skirt

Bought a leather skirt this season but aren't sure how to wear it? Afraid it'll look a tad too tough? Fear not! This next look will show you just how to balance out its edginess.
We spotted Teen Vogue's Jane Keltner de Valle sporting her pleated version with a silky button-down shirt that she kept fastened all the way to the top. The preppy-meets-tough combo works perfectly for the office (add black tights if it's cold where you live) or anywhere else you've got to go.For Women's Arc'teryx jackets.

Dress Like Your Boyfriend Tomorrow

The thought of dressing like one of the most important men in your life may sound a little scary, but once you see today's look, it'll all make sense. Take a peek at how we caught someone rocking the menswear trend, and borrow from the boys tomorrow.
This girl wore her tailored menswear pieces together (the shirt, blazer, and those amazing loafers) to create a borrowed-from-the-boys look that she balanced out with a great pair of skinny jeans, adding red lipstick for some sophistication and polish. For The North face jakcets for women.

Olivia Palermo's Zara, Mango And Macy’s Outfit Is A High Street Hit

We've been big fans of Olivia Palermo's high street stylings for quite some time and this recent look - a mixture of Zara, Mango and Macy's pieces on shelves now - knocks it out of the park once again. Who knew a velvet burnout dress, sequin handbag and metallic loafers could look so chic and wearable?!
Olivia attended the launch of Giambattista for Macy's collection in this high/low look (the jacket is Armani and the jewelry is vintage) and I for one, am bookmarking it for my own upcoming events and professional-but-festive celebrations. The outfit is at once snazzy and low-key, sexy and tasteful. Agree? Plus, Shop The Look For Under $100.

Steal This Look From The Set Of Gossip Girl

Mustard yellow is this season's must-have color (look to the runways of Isaac Mizrahi, Giambattista Valli, and Hermés for proof), but if you're still not sure how to wear it, let Blair Waldorf show you how!
Here's Leighton Meester on the set of Gossip Girl in New York City recently, inspiring us with an unlikely combination that's perfect for late fall. Head-to-toe yellow can be intimidating, but a pop here and there--like that tie-neck blouse, a cute pillbox hat, and her structured handbag--can be the perfect accent to cozy fall neutrals like chocolate brown and hunter green. If a cape with ladylike accessories doesn't exactly fit into your lifestyle, tone it down by swapping in a blazer and a button-down shirt, but stick with the same color palette. And here's a trick for finding the right fabrics: Your neutral should be something cozy, like tweed, cashmere, or wool, while your yellow accent should be something sleeker like silk to really make it pop. Steal Hailee Steinfeld's Super-Cute Look

As far as seriously cute outfit ideas go, Hailee Steinfeld pretty much has the market cornered at age 14. Instead of being absurdly jealous of an adolescent, I'm taking the high road--and copying her look piece for piece!

She hit the red carpet at Variety's 5th annual "Power of Youth" event over the weekend dressed in an outfit that reminded us of just that--how amazingly inspiring young style can be. I'm picking up an early-90s-but-in-a-good-way kind of vibe from this, especially thanks to that chic fedora perched at the back of her head (hello, Boy George!) and an eclectic mix of pieces both tailored and grunge-inspired. A Chanel tweed jacket may read stuffy with slacks, but with denim cutoffs it's straight outta Sassy magazine; ditto the crisp white Jil Sander blouse, which looks totally youthful thanks to the addition of knee socks. Plus, Shop The Look For Under $100.
